Hard
Pressed, But Never Crushed
is a film about the musical journey and story of a man named Horace
Trahan, master Cajun and Zydeco musician, who has lived a life
full of twists and turns. Horace began playing old-style , traditional
Cajun music on a diatonic accordion and later, after a spiritual
awakening, moved to playing Zydeco and Reggae and preaching his
message through song. This message, in a nutshell, is about having
a good time and being kind to your neighbor, and not worrying
about what everyone is saying about you. "It ain't what goes
in your mouth that defiles... it's what comes out." |
